With most people going fantasy, let me see about going the opposite direction for you.

Featured character: AI:Leahs

Quick Description / background
Once a human CIA computer operative (think along the lines of Mission: Impossible), Leah was digitized (ala TRON) during a mission. She managed to escape though an open data port by merging / overwriting the personality file of a WOW like fairy character. Now considered an "intelligent / adaptive" and extremely difficult to remove computer virus, AI:Leah is trying to find out who designed the now destroyed laser and how to build a new on so she can be restored.

General appearance: Due to the merger, AI:Leah will always have a sexy fairy like appearance. She can "customize" he wardrobe to an extent but as she's commented more than once that she plans to have "words" with the lonely geek who claims "these" are clothing.

Known powers / abilities
Camouflage - can adapt her appearance / wardrobe although will always be a sexy female fairy
Computer virus - can take over programs making them into her viral clones
Group mind - what one clone knows / they all know via updates
Exceptional skilled computer hacker - literally has centuries of experience thanks to her clones and living at computer speeds for past few years.

suggestions for appearance
Can have her posing in TRON like siren costume or Ghost in Shell costume with lightcycle.
Inspired by the Major from Ghost in the shell - a similiar costume with her happily hacking a computer data port / secruity protocalls from a POV inside the machine.
A Witchblade like digital/circuit board armor and weapon as she gets tready to take out the latest antivirus program trying to finish her.
